S & P Solutions’ Referral Plan

S & P Solutions offers referral fees to employees who refer applicants to S & P Solutions who have not been previously contacted by the S & P Solutions Recruiting team. If the employee referral is placed on a work assignment with an S & P client, S & P Solutions will pay the employee $1.00/hour for the first 1000 hours of billable time worked by the newly hired referral. This referral fee will be paid out by the 10th of each month for hours worked the previous month.
